Frequently asked questions
What sockets does this cooler support?
Most modern air coolers support AMD AM4, AM5 and Intel LGA1700/LGA1851 out of the box. Check the product spec for the full socket list — older sockets like LGA1200 or AM3 may need an adapter kit.
Will this cooler fit in my case?
Check the CPU cooler height clearance in your case specs. Tower air coolers typically range from 130mm to 165mm tall. Compact cases may need a low-profile cooler instead.
How does air cooling compare to liquid cooling?
Modern dual-tower air coolers can match 240mm AIOs in thermal performance. Air coolers have no pump, so there's nothing to fail or leak. The trade-off is height and RAM clearance — tall air coolers can interfere with tall RAM heatspreaders.
Does this cooler come with thermal paste?
Most coolers come with a tube of thermal paste or pre-applied paste on the base plate. You can also use your own aftermarket paste for slightly better performance.
How loud is this cooler?
Air coolers are generally quiet at idle and ramp up under load. Look at the fan noise spec in dBA — anything under 30 dBA at full speed is considered quiet.
