A 240mm or 360mm AIO is recommended (170W TDP). There's no cooler in the box.
7900X or 9900X?

Which motherboard is compatible?
Any AM5 board works: A620, B650, B850, X670 or X870. B650E, X670E and X870E add PCIe 5.0 for the graphics card. Boards made before this chip launched may need a BIOS update first, so tell us your board and we'll check it.
What RAM should I use?
